FunNJumpAz is a fully licensed and insured party supplies and equipment rental company. We provide qulity inflatable bounce houses, interactive inflatable games, inflatable waterslides, wet/dry combo inflatable units, tables & chairs, concessions and much more.

Q: What does the price include?
A: The price includes free delivery and set up within 20 miles of our equipment. We can deliver outside of our delivery range for a small additional fee.

Q: What is the delivery charge outside the delivery area?
A: Delivery charge will be based on distance from 85086 zip code.

0-20 Miles - FREE 20-30 Miles - $25.00* 30-40 Miles - $35.00*
*Rates are subject to change due to rising costs of fuel. Please call us to confirm exact amount based on the distance.

Q: How do I make a reservation?
A: You can call us at (623) 566-5386, you can Contact Us via our website, or you can email one of our sales representatives at info@funnjumpaz.com.

Q: How soon in advance should you book your reservation?
A: Please make your reservations as soon as possible. FunnjumpAz recommends that you book 4-6 weeks in advance, if your looking for the popular item. However if you need a rental for the same day we will do our best to accomodate you.

Q: How can I pay?
A: A credit card is required to hold your reservation. You have the option to use the credit card on file or pay cash the day of your event. No personal checks accepted. If you choose to cancel within 10 days of the event you will be charged 50% of total. 1 day prior or day of will be charged in full.

Q: Is a deposit required for corporate events?
A: To accept a proposal a 50% deposit of total due is required. We accept CASH, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Corporate check accepted payable to Fun 'N' Jump Moonwalks. Final check of 50% must be presented at time of delivery. If you have any questions concerning the invoice, contact Fun 'N' Jump Moonwalks (623) 566-5386, info@funnjumpaz.com. Cancellation Policy  - 10 or more prior to your event will be charged 50% of total; 1 day prior or day of, will be charged full price.

Q: Is there a cleaning fee?
A: No, not for normal usage. However, if excessive cleaning is needed, a minimum fee of $50 will be assessed.

Q: How many hours do we get the equipment with each rental?
A: Every bouncer rental is for 4-6 hours. Additional hours may be purchased for $10 per hour.

Q: How much time prior to the event does Fun 'N' Jump set up?
A: Our goal is to set up 1 to 2 hours prior to your event to make it a stress free party!!!

Q: Do adults need to supervise the bouncers?
A: Yes. An adult needs to supervise each bouncer to ensure each child's safety.

Q: Can Fun 'N' Jump provide an attendant to supervise the bouncer?
A: Yes, please ask for this service when you reserve your equipment.

Q: Are your inflatables clean?
A: Yes! All of our units are thoroughly cleaned with a mild soap and water. No harsh chemicals are ever used!! We also inspect every unit before and after every usage.

Q: Do the inflatables get hot during summer?
A: Our bounce houses are equipped with roofs. However it may become quite warm in the units during the hot summer months. You may want to try one of our Water Slides during the summer, or use your bouncer in the morning or evening hours.

Q: Can you setup in Parks?
A: Yes, Park permits are needed. Call for details

Q: Can inflatables be setup indoors?
A: Yes, the inflatables can be setup indoors providing you have speace for ceiling clearance.

Q: What is the rain policy?
A: If it is raining the day of your event, you will receive a call that morning. At the time you will be given the choice for delivery or canceling the jumper. No charge at that time for canceling. If you request delivery and cancel at the door due to weather there will be a 50% charge. Once the jumper is set up there will be 100% charge. No refunds if it rains after set-up. FunnjumpAz has the right to cancel your jumper due to rain.

Q: What is the wind policy?
A: If it is too windy we will not set up a bouncer. We will refund your deposit. If weather conditions change after setup, no refunds will be granted.
